what’s the best exercise for toning thighs,butt and cellulite?
i don’t like to eat healthy food especially vegetables. what do you recommend as the best exercise for toning butt and upper legs(thighs) ? walking? jogging? cycling? and for how long?
and do you have any tips on how to loose or lessen cellulite?

Swimming is good to loose cellulite
The absolute best single cardio exercise is ROWING. Most people don’t even do it, but believe me rowing is one of the only true total body workouts. It incorporates every major muscle group in your body. It will tighten every area of your body and help you lose weight. I would say 30 minutes is ideal, but when you first start I’d be surprised if you can do 15 minutes straight. It’s not as easy as it looks.

Well the best exercise is probably lunges. But you must be combining exercises with other things such as squats, and cardio as you mentioned. If you want to improve one part of your body, you still need to take care of the rest, otherwise you will accomplish nothing.

Squats, squats and more squats!!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as losing cellulite, learn to love healthy food! The junk you have been eating is responsible for your dimply thighs. Avoid flour and sugar
