what are exercises are good to lose cellulite?
i need help with some exersis to lose cellulite on butt and thighs

cardiovascular, anaerobic exercises. Jumping and trampoline exercises work pretty well too.
Exercises such as leg squats and lunges will be great (you don’t need to spend too long doing them either).
To get rid of the cellulite:
Dry skin body brush
Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
Basic leg exercises
Cellulite massage
Cut out preservatives in your diet where possible

I don’t believe it is posssible to lose cellulite. You either have it or you don’t.
Exercise can help to tone your body but will not get rid of cellulite.
