Will this help me LOSE WEIGHT???PLZ HELP?

HI…ok so i just turned sixteen and with fall just around the corner i want to be able to fit and look good in jeans. I’m not overweight or anything i just (like alot of other girls) want to be skinnier and more toned up and have a higher confidence level, so anyway enough of the get to know me stuff =) lol….i have been watching what i eat, drinking alot of water, and eating (healthy…not sugar drenched)oatmeal every morning…then i go for a bike ride around my neighborhood for like 30 minutes…i really want to tone up my legs(get rid of all molecules of fat and cellulite..just kidding i know i cant rid all lol but i want to get rid of as much is humanly possible.) I WANT SKINNIER LEGS AND A CUTER BUTT…and just basically to lose weight every where else too like arms face stomach ya know…so basically any experience advice would be great but i really want to know how long it will take to drop clothes sizes and lose weight and if this is the route to go!!! THANKS!

I’m 5′3 and I weigh 115 pounds. I have a little cellulite on my legs/butt and I have no idea why, but I do.

Exercise (everyday):
100 crunches
50 leg lifts
50 squats
300 arm exercises with a dumbbell (like lifting a 3 lb weight up and down or side to side)
Anything I can add?

Diet:
Vegetarian
Breakfast with lots of vegetables such as an omelet with one egg and egg white with spinach and mushrooms, no cheese or oatmeal.
Snack such as yogurt or nuts.
Lunch such as salad or spinach pita wrap.
Snack such as cheese stick or an oatmeal bar.
Dinner such as a veggie burger with lettuce and ketchup with carrot sticks or mashed potatoes and spinach with a piece of vegetarian chicken.

Bfast: Dry cereal
Lunch: Piece of low fat cheese and some fruit
Dinner: Few mouthfuls of whatever family has and some salad

Plus a short walk or run each day

Im 17 5′5 118-120lbs
Im going on a beach holiday next month
just tried on my bikini and I have cellulite on the backs of my legs and an untoned tummy
can this be fixed in a month?
