I’m super skinny but have cellulite on my butt and thighs. Any help?
I’m tall and skinny but Ive noticed I have cellulite on my butt and thighs. I’m really self conscious of it now… I’m active, play sports and eat really healthy. Is there anything else I can do? I’ve heard massaging it helps a lot.

Lift about 6 days a week. More you strength train the toner you get. Just like you play basketball 6 hours a day everyday and another kid play 1 hour 4 times a week. Who is going to be better? Now Granite, you do need to give body rest but 20 min cardio a day and lift 1 hour a day . Legs twice a week with lunges, squats and lower back and abs. Good bye Cellulite!
To get rid of cellulite, do the combination of the following:
Dry skin body brushing
Cellulite massage (you’re right massaging helps as it moves the toxins through the body)
Drink plenty of water
Leg exercises
