How to get rid of fat tummy & cellulite in the back of my legs?

Ok I am 22 years old 185 lbs & 5″6. I want to know what works outs can I do to get rid of this tummy fat & cellulite in the back of my legs? And how long will it take I am tired of looking like this. I want to atleast loose 20 lbs. Is that possible?

What foods should I get rid of?
And what foods should I start eatting?

    You could lose 20 pounds in 3 months.
    Getting rid of cellulite can be tricky…even “skinny” people can have it. Try doing leg exercises to tone the area, might help.

    Work in an hour of cardio a day. Target weight loss doesn’t really work so you’ll end up losing weight all over, and hopefully also in your trouble zones.

    Get rid of anything fried, greasy, buttery, fast food, candy… basically all the stuff that you know is bad for you but dont want to stop eating.

    Eat fresh fruits and veggies, fish, chicken, and turkey. Get around 1500 calories a day.

    Lastly, enjoy the body you have. Dress to accentuate your good features and play down your not so good ones. Every body type is beautiful!!
