15 years old is young for cellulite.

You mention you are very thin and do not exercise. Some girls can be thin without exercise naturally due to fast metabolism where they eat sufficient amounts of food or more food everyday and burn up that food quickly, and other girls maintain thin bodies due to eating less calories. Often thin girls have the most cellulite if they are thin due to eating less calories. When you eat less calories over long periods of time your body begins to store all types of food as fat. This low calorie intake is a biological process where your body thinks food is scarce and stores all types of foods as fat to save it for energy. This is why low calorie diets are so dangerous.

Cellulite is a just a form of fat storage where your cells hold onto fat just below the skin surface.

Although some people are insistent that cellulite cannot be reversed many people can reduce or eliminate even the most severe types of cellulite by staying disciplined mostly with food, and maintaining a regular exercise program. Discipline in food is the most challenging especially if you eat foods that are easy to prepare due to time constraints.

Lack of exercise and poor choices in food and drinks will store fat on different body types. No two people (typically girls) are alike which is why some girls see cellulite at a young age, and other girls can eat poorly never exercise (have a “skinny” look) for many years before they see the effects of cellulite on their bodies. Models typically have high amounts of cellulite on their bodies because many smoke and drink coffee to keep their body weight low and choose poor foods when they do eat.

Keep a food diary. Most people are very surprised at what they are eating believing they are eating well when in fact they are eating the wrong foods.

If you eat a lot of frozen foods, or canned foods (which contain preservatives, additives, and salt which all sometimes hidden in long named ingrediant’s) even if these frozen foods are low in fat a frozen food is a processed food lacking a majority nutrients (found in fresh unprocessed foods) and the additives will be stored in your cells.

Soda, dairy products, energy drinks, and deli meats, and SALT are all poor choices in food. Pizza and take out foods are very high in salt.

Drink lots of water and spread it out throughout the day, having your last 8 ounce glass at least 2 hours prior to bed. 8 glasses of 8 ounces is good for maintenance, but if your looking to flush your body of fat bump it up to 10 glasses of 8 ounces.

    Eliminate soda, and avoid juices.

Avoid all whites: white salt, white flour, white vinegar, white bread, and pasta’s.

Eat as more fresh uncooked veggies (greens) and fruit with a smaller portion of breads cereals.

Exercise will help, but if you are eating the wrong foods consistently, it will not matter how much you exercise.

Exercises should include interval training, toning, stretching. Pilates and yoga are great exercise programs.

Hope these idea’s help start you in the right direction.

Why don’t you try body wrapping. Body wrapping is a process where the body is brushed and massaged, and then covered with linens soaked in substances like herbal extracts, algae, and even mud. The treatment causes skin smoothing and softening, and also a great deal of stress relief and relaxation. Like diet and exercise, it does not promise to get rid of cellulite, but can help reduce it. It also leaves you feeling pretty good, even if the little dimples do remain. Also, at the same time, you can be taking any of a long list of dietary supplements to reduce the appearance of cellulite. Some examples are ginkgo biloba, sweet clover, oil of evening primrose, fish oil, and soy lecithin. These supplements all have some positive effects on the body. They boost metabolism, and improve circulation. They also break down fats. Again, all of these things are really good for you anyway, and a side effect is that they might just boost the metabolism and break down the fats that are causing the cellulite. This is not certain, but if they fail to accomplish that mission, at least you are going to be a little healthier.
