cellulite are taking over my legs what should i do??? help please?

i weigh about 150 the last time i checked… the celluloid’s have been coming on since last year summer i think it’s because i have been losing an gaining weight every minute (my skin also have become a little bit loose) , i need back my sexy legs i wanna start wearing short shorts/ skirts again!!!!!! I wanna know …if i start going to the gym very often if they’ll take time and fade away and then my legs will start getting firmer

    Hi,some simple things you could start doing are dry brushing your thighs gently with a loofah before your shower,then after your shower you should take time to massage your legs with moisturiser or body oil,the massaging action helps to break down some of the cellulite-you need to do it everyday though and you will start to see benefits after a few weeks..I dont know what country you are in but see if you can get some NIVEA-My Silhouette gel and use it every day on your legs twice a day until you see results (probably 3-4 weeks)then after you start seeing results use it once a day everyday-it really firms up the skin and gets rid of bumpy bits..Also make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out toxins which cause the cellulite to buld up…You could start going to the gym or just save your money on gym memership by going for 30 minute brisk walks every second day. This is what I do to avoid cellulite( I never diet ,I am not overweight and I have NO cellulite!!) Good Luck just dont expect instant results but I’m sure you will notice improvement in a few weeks if you follow this plan-its easy and CHEAP!! :-)
