I was wondering the same thing. i’m afraid that my thighs are going to get bigger by doing this exercise because my thighs already look big with my big quadriceps. but at the same time i want to get rid of the cellulite on the back of my thigh and inner thighs. will this exersice work for me? Rumi is not answering, so can someone please help? thanks.
